Shipping Coverage

We ship across Canada. Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery region and the items in your order.

Shipping Charges

Cybeart does not offer free shipping in Canada.

  • Shipping fees vary by province/region and order weight/size.

  • The shipping amount shown at checkout is our standard rate for most locations.

  • Remote / high-cost delivery areas: Some addresses (including remote regions or locations serviced only by air) may incur higher carrier charges than the standard checkout rate.

If your address falls into a high-cost shipping zone and the actual carrier cost is significantly higher than the amount paid at checkout, we may contact you after order placement to:

  1. approve an additional shipping payment, or

  2. choose an alternate delivery option (if available), or

  3. cancel the order for a full refund (if you don’t want to pay the additional amount).

If we do not receive a response within 48 hours of contacting you, the order may be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Order Processing Time

If the item(s) are in stock, orders typically ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak periods, launches, or high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Delivery Timelines (Estimate Only)

Delivery times vary by location and carrier service levels.

  • Major metro areas: typically 1–3 business days

  • Other locations: typically 3–7 business days

  • Remote / air-serviced locations: delivery timelines may be longer

Carriers & Tracking

We ship via trusted courier partners. Tracking details are shared once the shipment is dispatched.

Delivery Responsibility & Delays

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines, delays, and transit handling are controlled by the carrier.

While we will assist you in coordinating with the carrier, Cybeart is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs/security checks (if applicable), or other events outside our control.

Shipping Damage, Lost Packages & Insurance

Shipments are typically insured by the carrier up to $100 (where available). Customers may request additional insurance before the order ships by contacting us as early as possible.

If a package is damaged in transit:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the packaging and the product
    We’ll guide you through the carrier claim process and resolution options.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship the order.
